Skyline Physical Therapy specializes in manual therapy for return to function. Manual
therapy
is a hands-on approach to improving joint mobility and muscle flexibility.  Manual
therapy is an integral part of determining and treating dysfunctions in the body.

Physical therapists are neuromusculoskeletal specialists.  What does that mean?  The
body is an integrated system which includes nerve, muscle, skin/fascia, bone and joint
structures.  As physical therapists, we evaluate and treat all of these structures and the
interactions between these structures for return to activities such as work or sport.  During
treatment, we are consistently monitoring and measuring these structures to determine
treatment effectiveness.  Once all the tissues and structures are working in harmony, your
body will demonstrate improved movement control of this complex system.

We offer:

  • Individualized Physical Therapy Services
It can be difficult making a decision regarding how to treat your symptoms when
everyone recommends different treatments that work for them.  Physical therapy is
not a cookbook approach which is why everyone does not recover with the exact
same care.   An individualized approach finds the path that works for your particular
    problem.

  • One-on-One Patient Care
Entire treatment session is with a licensed provider.

  • Patient Education
Education provides understanding regarding the nature of the problem, how
movement and positioning improves function, and how each individual can self-
    manage their symptoms.

  • Muscular Control and Movement Training
Treatment includes varied movement training to challenge the bodies ability to
    perform in dynamic situations.

  • Access to Gym Equipment During Treatment
Childcare available at gym (drop in fees apply)

Don't hang in there waiting for symptoms to go away!
If your symptoms don't resolve in a few weeks, don't hang in there waiting for them
to go away. Waiting can lead to tissue changes and prolonged recovery!
